2. Receive an order confirmation/invoice from MISS AJ
-Once we’ve received your order, we will send you a confirmation order/ invoice with our bank account detail within 2 working days. We will reply to you as soon as possible!
-Kindly check your spam, if you do not receive our replies within 2 working days.
3. Confirm order & make payment / cancel order/ extend payment deadline
- Please check your order confirmation to ensure that all details are correct.
Please make payment before the payment deadline.
Please provide us your transaction details & retain your receipt till you have received your item.

4. Delivery
- An email will be sent when your order is shipped out 1 - 2 days (Excluding weekends) after payment is made.
Postage & Shipping
To protect your orders, ONLY poslaju available, as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail by normal postage.
For wrong adddress provided by our customers, there is a postage & items charge depending on the quantity & weight of your items to resend your orders

* Orders will be delivered by Poslaju to your stated address within 2-4 working days.
